Hi! My name is Lucas Petersen welcome to my website!
I’m a storyboard artist and 2D Animator based in The Netherlands.
I’m very much into comedy and action, creating a spectacle out of it by challenging myself by experimenting with cinematic angles and perspectives. My work is inspired by nature, fantasy and history.

SPIKE
I got this project as part of the SoHo period of the Master of animation. In collaboration with Submarine students were loaned out to companies to help them with productions. This was a storyboard exercise for the feature Film Spike.
I started off by reading and analysing the script, marking out characters, locations and actions to give directions to the scenes. I then thumbnail possible camera angles and cinematography.
